Ingredients: hibiscus, dandelion root, ginger root.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling steep for 5-10 minutes or to taste.

"I didn't really care for this tea. The flavors are too intense. I could deal with it if I only steep it for a minute or two. Otherwise, it was just too much."
