***** Beautiful 05/05/2008 11:00
"I enjoy this tea quite a lot. There is an amazing floral quality to this tea - so much so that I had to check the label twice to make sure I hadn't accidentally grabbed a scented tea. The tea itself has a light flavor, similar to a very high quality green tea. Multiple infusions are not only possible, but highly recommended - I found that each infusion revealed a different "layer" of taste and scent that was uniquely enjoyable. This tea may come at a premium, but for me it is more than worth the price."

***** Easy drinking! 02/13/2008 16:47
"Such a light and lovely tea. I prefer it with a bit of honey. If you're looking for a "personality" oolong, this isn't it. It doesn't assert itself over any flavor you add to it, but it certainly doesn't disappear. If you want to experiment with an oolong in a recipe or by adding flavors, this is the one."

***** My favorite oolong. 01/12/2008 07:03
"This is my favorite oolong. Much greener than others, with a more vegetal, earthy taste. Totally worth the higher price, because it is so pure and flowery!"

***** This is my favorite tea 11/16/2007 10:14
"The Tung Ting Jade Oolong is a light to medium tea (depending on how you steep it), and a floral bouquet without feeling herbal or flowery. I find it fills my mouth and nose with a lovely taste after swallowing (I know this sounds crazy, but I love to "breathe" this tea). Take care not to oversteep and use just-below boiling water for the best flavor or you'll likely get a bitter cup. Works really great for multiple infusions-- I often drink it all day on one basket of loose leaves. "

***** Definitely Not Bad 03/23/2007 21:35
"Clear light green color with big
complex flavor. I did not expect that much flavor on the first sip since it was so light in color. Finishes slightly sour but an interesting cup that would make a good everyday light tea with a full pallet including citrus fruit and pepper. Definitely would have liked it a lot better if it was a bit cheaper.

***** Slightly Disappointed 11/13/2006 10:59
"I have tried steeping this tea many different ways, with many different amounts of leaves but have yet to find a brew that I was satisfied with. I haven't given up and may review it again in the future if I discover the correct way to brew this tea."

***** Gorgeous Aroma 09/08/2006 16:18
"I love this tea. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was not disappointed. The aroma of this tea after it is brewed is lovely. I think that it has a light floral aroma that I can't stop smelling. I drink this tea all day long. Can't leave it alone! Definately my favorite so far."
